“Bob does excellent work. Always on time and on budget. No surprise hidden costs or delays. Bob’s knowledge of systems and avionics packages seems vast. We have an older avionics package and he was able to make several upgrades integrating them with the older components saving literally upwards of 100k or even worse, a complete new panel and FMS. When we have had repairs done he has demonstrated great troubleshooting technique and has known where to either have parts overhauled quickly or has found O/E parts to install right away, keeping us flying. On several jobs the aircraft interior had to be removed and when we picked up the airplane it was all perfectly reinstalled. No seats off tracks or misaligned cabinetry. No coming back for “redos” either. Everything worked when it was time to go. We have never had to miss or delay a flight due to avionics issues thanks to Bob.
